GENERAL

Registration with expertist is free of charge. All pricing information can be found on the price page.

The duration of the entire process and time periods is determined individually for each project. At this point in time, the process takes 18 days until the end of the offer. If this takes too long, please contact us directly. The experts and the customers conclude a contract with Expertist GmbH on the basis of the valid terms and conditions. Expertist is there for you during the entire project period and also handles the payments of the fees.

The customers at expertist are exclusively end customers and not intermediaries.

The experts come from a wide range of industries and offer a wide range of special know-how.

At expertist, a large number of different projects can be advertised and filled. However, the basic requirement is that it is an independent activity. Models such as temporary work, hiring-out of employees or permanent employment are not offered at expertist.

The experts at expertist are independent experts or companies. The occupation of a fixed vacancy is not possible via expertist.

no. expertist wants to be a platform for all customers and experts with which experts can be commissioned in a fair competition and transparently. This also has advantages for the experts: The daily rate / hourly rate does not have to be taken by the experts during the application process, but only results in the framework of bidding. In this way, the expert can react individually to the general conditions and competitors. Thus, the expert does not run the risk of disqualifying himself early with a too high price or possibly not to exploit the market potential with a too low price.

expertist is not responsible for the amount of bids submitted and does not wish to intervene regularly in markets. However, if bids are so low in different markets that price dumping can no longer guarantee a reasonable livelihood for the experts, expertist reserves the right to use minimum rates or the like of exploitation. When the project is planted, the customer specifies the project location. If home office is possible, he can note this there.

You will be asked for a detailed evaluation of the expert after the end of the project. In it, you award points in different categories and can also make a qualitative statement about the cooperation.

CUSTOMERS

Companies that are looking for external experts for their projects have the opportunity to find the right experts and commission them at market prices. Entering a new project is simple and uncomplicated. Then the application period for the experts begins. The customer can then select the most suitable candidates and allow the bidding process. After the end of the bidding process, the customer receives the profiles of the experts in the first three places for personal contact. At the end of the contract is the conclusion of the contract.

Registered and verified customers can set up projects directly. A title and a short description as well as the required expert knowledge, project duration, detailed description, desired service provider experience, number of employees, start date, project location, offer start price, offer duration, and earliest date for the Offer start is queried. After an examination by expertist, your project will be unlocked.

Before a project is discontinued, it is important to know and define the framework conditions of the project. I.e. title and short description of the project, as well as the required expert knowledge, short description, project duration, detailed description, desired service provider experience, number of required employees, project location, start date of the project and desired End of offer.

Customers can terminate the project early in their customer account.

Project contracts are concluded on the basis of the terms and conditions between expertist and the customer as well as between expertist and the expert. expertist shall make these contracts available after selecting the expert.

EXPERTS

For freelance experts, expertist offers an excellent additional online acquisition tool. You will find interesting projects from established companies to which you can apply quickly and easily.

Registered experts see in their account all projects that can apply. For each project there is a button ‘Apply directly’. Behind it is an input mask with free text for the qualification, experiences, CV, contact details and motivation to carry out this project.

The settlement takes place on a monthly basis, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Further details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

Project contracts are concluded on the basis of the terms and conditions between expertist and the customer as well as between expertist and the expert. expertist shall make these contracts available after selecting the expert.

Registered experts have the opportunity to obtain reviews from former customers and use them as references at expertist. In the expert account under Reviews, one or more business e-mail addresses of the customers are entered and a review request is sent to the customers. The pre-made e-mail can be viewed by clicking on the button ‘This is what the mail looks like’. Once the former customer has evaluated the expert, the evaluation is visible to both the expert and the customer whose project the expert applies to. 

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

expertist offers all verified users the opportunity to participate in our referral program (affiliate program). As an expert or customer, you benefit from your recommendations for expertist, by forwarding your personal affiliate link to well-known customers and experts for registration or by inserting it on your website or blog.

If your contacts register with this link and carry out projects with expertist as an expert, you will be involved in the resulting project revenues. The currently valid commissions can be found under prices. For more details on the terms of the affiliate program, see Terms and Conditions.

The commissions are currently paid out once a year. We will shorten this rhythm once we have implemented automated billing systems at expertist. The currently valid commissions can be found under prices.
